The title defines the poem
Physical pain is never so strong,

when compared to the pain of missing someone.

The longing, ache and pricking feeling,

just lasts within the heart really long.

When we see that someone with others,

when they smile more with others than you -

the feeling of being locked up in the smallest possible room without air-

the suffocation you feel is all real to the core.

And when we miss that someone even more,

all we feel is to rip them off from the small picture of them and

to hug them close to your heart forever.

But that again reminds you of the emptiness

that lasts and aches even more.
