This poem is about a harsh experience I had that left an imprint within me
I've seen the demons in my dreams
and heard the screams that sound so sweet
retract from my trip and realize that's not where i should be
felt so bad I thought I died, "You're okay", you had replied
but just because that I'm not dead
doesn't mean that I'm alright

The moonlit show projects a face
more than my fucked up mind can take
sun will guide me to my place
I need this light to give me strength

Doing well but not myself
my tortured soul belongs to Hell
take me back to better days
but when returned, I'll wish to stay
