A Rush of Blood



Soft and sweet

Hushed like a whisper

Echoing a treat

A delight in vigor

It fills the air

Drawing me deeper

Fingers run through hair

I am the sleeper

Awoken by a kiss

Filled with God, so divine

I will always miss...

But the pleasure was all mine
