I wrote this my first year of high school, I guess its a reflection of the social ladder.
I watch the stars dance brightly above me

Taunting and teasing with their happy glow

And as I sit and ache to be freed

My mind replays all that I know;

The world around me is a spider’s web

The truth is clear like the sky

People are beasts that wait to be fed

And I’m the helpless Fly
