We received the vacation package as the free gift. After reading the fine print on the travel contract I did not think this vacation would work for us. I tried to contact Andrew and was unable to reach him. I stopped into the office today and met with April. She first explained that Andrew has been in a training seminar this week. She offered to help me. She explained the vacation package, answering my questions regarding locations and dates. She also included a free gift of a MP3 music video player.

I am happy now! Thank you, for excellent service. I can now recommend your product and your staff as well.
