I liked this prompt, and I would love to go to a zoo.
Dear Vistors,

Unlike my parents, I have been born here. I know nothing of the wild side of life. The instinct to know how to survive and make decisions has not been taught to me. I have not known the dangers of certain activities.

I live in a man made habitat, I am examined by you, and I am fed by care-takers. I no longer heal my own wounds as my fathers before me. I don't know the thrill of hunting my own prey. As I sniff the food handed to me from between the bars, I don't smell the dangers. The hotdogs, popcorn, and human snacks are well intended, but I spent most of month in zoo hospital with a bowl blockage.

Right now I am unable to reunite with the other cats in my family. I am isolated for recovery, but I am writing you before we meet again. I want you to know that your actions can cause us more than you could imagine.

We should be running the lands. Because of over development and hunting, we must live in a world that you have created. I just would like us to live our life in captivity without having to have sleepless nights in pain, stomach’s being pumped, surgeries, and needless deaths, all due to your offerings of food.

Good intentions aside. I can not wait to return to my pride. Thank you for your good intentions, but lets keep human foods for humans. The zoo makes sure that we have enough to eat.

Your truly,

Leo
