A poem I wrote quickly
A love revisited?

They sat down at the table
he decided whether to seek,
his best friends woman,
his love to be reaquainted,
she was in the room,
her love which engulfed him,
her blessing on him so profound,
the table whereupon all love revolves,
its leg creaked badly,
its flaws can't hide away,
the overall scene suggesting,
love can be revisited,
if a mistress can be swayed.
