The smartest student in the school is given the worst students, what happens to them?

The creator of this Interactive Story provides this information and guidance:
In the small township of Harrison, they had a single massive all boys school, combining elementary, middle and high school all into one. This proved the school with a problem of over crowding and subsequent bad grades. The school board created a system where the boy who performed the best in the school exams and was overall the best student, would be given a special prize at the end of the year.

They choose to eliminate the weak links in the school by finding the worst performing class, the ones with the worst grades and make them the prize. It was decided the worst class would be shrunk to become the best prize for the best student.
