God
To you
I cry
I wonder
Why
No reply
Silence
The golden rule
A right implied
Those unlike me
Your faithful
How do they
Why should they
Wasting time alive
Wishing to die
Belief in the sky
So absurdity defined
Rationality unwound
I get their every reason
But not one purpose
Their hearts
Like mine
Will in time stop
Their minds will fade
Their bodies will rot
Their spirits will float
Or dare it be said sink
I am not one
Never could I be
I don’t hate you
I don’t hate them
Impossible is hate
I don’t understand
But more importantly
I have no desire to
That is life for me
The will to decide
And live with it
Such a decision
Such an obstruction
Is based off experiences
You of course know that
God
Keep your faithful
I am not one
Nor will I ever be
Don’t punish me
I’ve been punished enough
Just leave me be
Let me live with
Each and every decision
Of not only my own making
But the decisions made
Long ago on my behalf
I simply have always been
Damaged goods
I hope you take that
Into consideration
Because I know
That I certainly have
God
To you
I cry
I wonder
Why
No reply
Silence
Such nothingness
Is well defined
I’ve long since lived it
And I am ok with that
I have to be…
