he has to accept his darkness
He started to fall. Still shocked of the pain. Everything seemed to be in slow motion. All the memories he had came to his conscience. He saw every moment he had spent with the people he loved in a split second. It was like a wonderful movie but with such a tragic ending. Still he felt the pain and finally hit the ground.
He started to fade away. His heartbeat slowed to a calm rhythm and finally stopped. He lay motionless on the brick walkway. His body acted as hopeless as his mind once was. There was a pause. The night showed him no interest. Finally he began to move. He frigidly woke up. He noticed something different. There was something missing. He felt empty and had no heartbeat. Slumped on one arm he looked up and saw a man.
“What happened?”
“You are a vampire Mr. Thomas.” The man said with a rasped voice. The man’s voice was as creepy as he looked. He wore a long coat black like a panther. His face was marked with the indentions of age. His teeth were snagged and twisted. He stood there leaning on one leg waiting patiently for Mr. Thomas to answer him.
“I can’t be?”
“Indeed you are Mr. Thomas,” said the man. Thomas could still feel the shocking pain on his neck as if he was still alive. He put his hand on his neck and felt the damage muscle tissue seem to go back in place and the pain stopped. He looked at his hands and saw that his nail now had turned into claws. It all seemed unreal to him. He felt his teeth and cut his finger and then he watch the cut heal in a matter of seconds. It was now he knew that this was nothing but real.
