Answer to 9th grade Literature Textbook James Madison High School Online

Truth can change when Father time carves
Mother Nature's appearance; or when things aren't what they seem
to be, as in "Alladin." On AOL news today a man was just released
from jail after 36 years after a wrongful conviction of murder. No
amount of money can make up for what that man lost and suffered in
jail. He was a human slave for 36 years of bad treatment that they
thought he deserved, but he was just proved innocent. One can only
imagine how his mind changed in jail to adapt to his treatment. How
he survived in a diseased and dirty environment, inhumane treatment,
because of human error or ignorance; lack of evidence should not have
convicted him. Yet in his picture he was seen crying, tears of joy,
release of unbelievable suffering, yet I saw no anger. This man must
have the Christian belief of the hereafter, because his tears show
it. His life must not have been of this world.

Truth can change when one goes through a
metamorphosis of growth, both mind and body. But because a fly is
larvae, then a maggot, and then a fly does not mean the larvae and
maggots are not flies. Rain changes to snow, sleet, and ice, then
back to water. But rain, snow, sleet, ice are all water.

Beliefs change as new theories area
advanced that disprove the old ones. Experiments and their outcomes
make time march forward, one discovery at a time. Variables change in
experiments; but the control remains the same. But who's to say
that the control will remain the same? That there won't be
tropisms, or involuntary movements like an ameba?

Our Republic has a Socialist leader. Is
it time for Socialism, or is Captitalism the only way or the best
way? How do we find out before we come to an uncertain ruin?

Is behavior the true measure of
intelligence, or can we consider the individual with cerebral palsy,
who can't control their behavior? When they use adaptive
technology, their intelligent behavior may be seen, whereas without
it we may not see it.

People claim that God is invisible, but
is that the truth? I see God every time I open my eyes, because He is
everywhere and in everything, yet I could not even make a seed.
