About giving everything you have to be with someone who doesn't even know you exist.
Silently shouting my desires out loud,
Screaming my needs without making a sound.
I don't know why you can't hear me!
I'm standing in front of you, so desperately.

Voice is straining, my knees are shaking,
Tears are streaming, and my heart is breaking.
Begging for you to just notice me,
I'm right here, can't you see?

I'm offering it all, yours for the taking.
Breaking down, and my lungs are aching.
If you would only see me here, crumbling,
Trying to get your attention and stumbling.

Tripping over words, and my feet, too.
Everything I do, all just to get to you.
You'll never see me, I'm starting to fear.
Because the louder I get, the less you hear.

The harder I try, the less you care.
The more I need you, the less you're there.
I give and give, but you just take.
Everything was for you, but it was a mistake.

I can't do this anymore, its killing me,
Waiting for a day when you'll really see.
So when you finally want me, I'll be gone.
I'm tired of breaking for you, I'm done.
