You said never

I said never again

Champagne eyes

And heroin skin

And we both did



Laugh, love, live

Hours and days

Two addicted

Each other’s daze

Then you said you didn’t



Crashing, falling

Internal dying

External stone

Wounded hole

Robotic soul

I wonder?



Time and miles

Still the same

Champagne eyes

And heroin skin

Again and Again



Always

Forever

Unchanging

Addicted

Someday?

Always
