lately iv felt like my life was just like my favorite game...lets see
My life has always been boring. Always. Nothing new ever came my way. As a child I always imagined these wild and amazing adventures where i was the hero,or when i was sad i was some sort of tyrant. Weird, yes I know a child wanting to be a tyrant? Well I had a rough childhood. It wasn't the worst I know many many people who had worse lives overall(now). But that isn't the point. I met my best friend when I was young and at the time i made no note of it. He was my best friend that was it. My father died when i was 13 and as I said before rough life. But the point isn't pity you'll see why I mentioned what I have soon enough. Fast forwarding to the present. I made a lot of friends in high school most of em the same way we all do. Something was slowly changing and i didn't know what or why. My routine was ritualistic at most. The typical sedentary life style I suppose. One day I met someone who changed it all. You might ask who, I apologize because I can't give you an honest answer I can't tell who it was that changed it all I myself do not know.I had one of my worst days yet and as always I would always have strange dreams of demons or owning one or being one or..you get the idea. I had a dream one night I do not recall falling asleep(little did I know I never did fall asleep). The dream seemed so real. There was a path I walked along and farther down I noticed some creatures I couldn't identify and one of them was beating the other relentlessly with no sign of tire this creature was rather large and very strong it had a very chilling laugh my guess would say it was about 7 feet tall it had a humanoid shape but no face to be seen it's skin was bright pink skin it was intimidating to look at, the creature who was being beaten was rather small and had quite a gelatinous form he was blue and was using his tentacle appendages to cover himself from the blows of the beast above him. He cried and reached out for my help with out thinking I rushed in and tackled the tall beast and was quickly thrown off then the blue beast got up and ran to my aid he lifted me up and thanked me then asked why I had assisted him i was clearly not from where ever it is I currently resided therefore had no obligation and I hastily replied "Dude get out of here before he tries to get you again!" I ran full speed at the tall pink beast and threw a punch as best i could at his abdomen and before it could connect he and the blue best were gone. I kept going down the road and then I was faced with 2 roads. One that was very brightly lit and the other that was so dark i could not see more then 5 or 6 feet in front of myself. I was instructed to choose one in order to decide who I would be. To put it bluntly I had to choose my alignment. Personally I despise the light, all my life I was deprived of it I was always left in the dark, cold, alone. It was all I knew and all I cared for. I chose the dark path and continued to travel down it until I heard a voice that boomed all around me. It stated "Those who choose the path of darkness harbor malice and are often malcontent.Malevolent beings rise from true darkness. Is this the path you choose?" I replied "Look I don't know who you are and I really don't care I raised myself in the darkness and i am far from malevolent but yes I choose the path of darkness over the path of illusion airy light bullshit". Then with out warning I felt I was struck through the heart and I fell to my knees in pain then I passed out. I woke up the next day in my bed back to my normal boring life. I noticed one day when quite a few of my friends asked me to hang out. I was puzzled because I would need to make a choice who and when. I felt like it was important to choose the right people although i wasn't sure why.
