My heart is lost
Grown over

With a single tear
Brush grows over it

Stories swirl
Around my head

Pictures of a life
Long passed

Memories of a love
Once felt

But with dawn
A new day comes

Sunshine breaks
Through the clouds

Dissolves the pain
Of Yesterday.
