Ability changes to inability and vice versa

When we look at newly born children, all are innocent and posses similar characteristics, but when they grow up their characteristics are completely different. Some become highly capable and some incapable. Environment in which they grow determines this fact. If the environment is full of motivation and opportunities, children regarded as slow can be highly capable in future and if not the children regarded as talent can be spoiled in future.

There are numerous examples which supports above title but I will highlight some of them only. For example, if someone is stutterer but is highly skilful and if he is neglected by us he lose his confidence; as a result his skills will be worthless, but if he is made easy and he is motivated to speak properly then he gradually improves his habits and develop his confident and becomes successful in his career. Let look at another example, if we analyse the educated people from country X and from country Y, we discover vast difference between them even if they posses same education degree and grade. Suppose country X has strong socio-economic status and country Y has weak socio-economic status. Country X education will certainly be somehow better than country Y education system because country X can invest huge sum of money to make her education system better. If people from this country apply for the same job there is high probability that the candidate from country X will be selected because he will certainly have more familiarity with the latest technology and his decision making and thinking capacity will be better than that of candidate from the country Y. This facts changes the country Y's candidate's ability into inability in the context of international market. Consider two candidates from same education institution apply for the same vacant post, suppose one have high grade and few knowledge about nature of work place  requirement and other have low grade and sufficient knowledge about the nature of work. In this context candidate having sufficient knowledge of nature of work is more likely to be selected. This shows that candidate's (who is regarded as a highly capable in view of education institution) ability changes to inability and others inability changes to ability.

To judge inability and ability of someone we need to analyse both necessary (education degree, theoretical knowledge) and sufficient (field experience, research) conditions. If we have only necessary condition and we assumes ourselves to have lots of ability then we are wrong. If we are motivated and are provided with required opportunities our ability may sustain and also our inability may change into ability, but if not the assumed ability may change into inability.
