Temptations

Temptations all around,

God help me keep my soul planted safely in the ground.

Help me to stay sober,

Help me to not trip over Temptations pulling me down.

help me ,

im about to drown.

vodka filling my eyes and drugs fill my heart with sadness and lies.

Help me oh help me,

temptations leave me be.

Please god im begging you.

What else am i to do?

Temptations filling my head with fear.

telling me all i need is one me beer.

I stomp my fists in the air.

I scream I JUST DONT CARE!

hurtful kids pick at my soul.

oh god im becoming cold.

Temptations fill my head with doubt.

But each time I wanna shout. I WILL STAY SOBER.
