We all have to subject to dreams at some point in time.
(A review suggested that I add a sequel to the original piece, so I have. Enjoy!)

A mumble,
A grumble,
A growl from below.
How it got there we will never know.
Louder it grows,
As it begins to bellow,
A deep reverberation.
My skin begins to crawl.
The hair on my neck rises,
Just like the neck of the creature.
It tentatively looks up,
A little hello from the hell below.
My skin dances, my heart races.
I scream and the world turns to black.
In the next instance I am blasted with a white light.
Sunlight.
Someone is screaming,
That is me I guess.
The dream must have been a test, a trick.
A Nightmare.
I quiet my voice, now hoarse,
As my sister comes in screaming,
Her face half replaced with something more sinister.
A deep reverberation resonates from within her.
A scratch, a scrape...,
AM I AWAKE?

Escape.
Escape.
Dreaming was all a mistake.
I knew she was near,
That the end was here.
But the dream drew me in further,
To a point unreturnable.
The bed was so real,
The noises surreal.
The monster was so shrill.
How will I ever tell my sister that her eyes were so black,
That her hair was ripped back in some obscene fashion,
The skin on her face was tight with passion.
She had a blood lust strong,
That she forgot that her shoes were unstrung.
Wait,
Something is wrong.
Her ghoulish presence has gone,
replaced by darkness.
No, no...,
I cannot fathom this madness.
I can't go to the hell below.
For they will not receive my hello with open claws,
But only with open jaws.
