Human have discovered the technology to build portals, where do they lead?

This is an interactive story. Each chapter tells part of the story and often ends with multiple choices. Make a choice and move to the next chapter in your story. When you reach a chapter that hasn't been written yet, don't be shy... make an addition!
The creator of this Interactive Story provides this information and guidance:
In the not so distant future, humanity has finally invented a portal that leads to different dimensions and planets. Recently a planet has been discovered that the main population are anthropomorphic beings and you've been selected to investigate this new planet. Will you make peace between your species or will this cause and inter-portal war with your kind?

Rules!
1.Characters are allowed to die, but make it interesting
2.Vore is allowed if your into that
3. Since this is 18+ I expect there to be sex
4.The main population of this new planet are anthros, but if you want to throw in something different like a slime or demons then go ahead, but anthros are the primary.
5.Main character is straight, two mains can be close friends or bitter enemies thats it, no M/M sex.
6.Lets put the human time period at around 2018-ish, anthro time period can be whatever, medieval, modern, or futuristic if you want.
7.98% of the anthros are human sized, there are a few that are ten to fifteen feet tall.
