Once I adored my mother, but her falls from grace was brutal and tragic for all involved.

From the sky there was light
Down from the heavens it fell
Crashing at my childish feet
There was plenty of wreckage
Things destroyed beyond all recognition
Things never to be the same again
From that day on no longer did I call her mother
Instead she was a hopelessly damaged creature
Her fall from grace was epic beyond compare
The blast radius of her projectile stretched out
Touching, and ultimately obliterating many lives
The crater she left remains entrenched in my soul…
