The Future seems just as bad as my past. Shall I stay? Or shall I repeat what I escaped?
The world set before me is dark, mysterious, and full of lies.

The world behind me is dark, mysterious, and full of lies.

I would love to see which is right:

To venture into the unknown or get trapped back into what I escaped.

It is obvious to some, but to me, when I hear “Look toward the future and let go of the past!”

The words are just as mysterious as the world. They’re even bigger lies.

And they will leave me in the dark just as much as going for what they plead.
