Leo's walk awakens the sleeping god within.

Leo grew weary of his labor for lies and deception had lost their luster.
No longer honey for the ears they became poison.
Walking steadily he gathered all the strength he could muster.

Before feeling ill he fled to the garden where his thoughts were his own.
Alone to his heart, which fought his reason.
For deep within him, those unknown recesses a seed was sown.

Bathing in the sun's final moments it's dying breath whispering it's last light.
He watches the pale moon rising as it kisses the contending stars.
Passing through the trees he came upon a burial site

The pain of death gave him pause and filled him with sorrow.
His heart grew heavy like a stone in water.
On this path he knew there might not be a tomorrow.

The stars churned in the heavenly host.
As he came upon a grave stone he stopped and began to ponder.
Memories haunted his thoughts like a wandering ghost.

When it had passed he felt the weight of loss.
And in his pain the seed did sprout.
Walking further still he passsed the graves and the growing moss.

Into darkness he treaded, vast was thee unknown.
His only guide his own courage would kindle a flame.
To light the dark places where one finds oneself alone.

Then in the far reaches of the lowest dungeon of a curious mind.
He felt the sting of truth no one else could he blame.
He heard it then as it was carried upon the whispering wind.

Coming upon a door where the whispers grew.
Staring long and hard he pondered where it would lead.
Until curiousity urged him so and he walked through.

His first step made him fall but there was no ground.
He fell through waltzing fire and restless water
Until he heard then in that moment a most curious sound.

He felt it then, every atom teeming with life sublime
And each with a voice of their own as their sound grew louder.
Still falling now it seemed in and out of time.

The past, the present and the future all became one.
He saw them through the eyes of many others.
Terrible and wonderous things like the hurling sun they spun.

When the visions of generations passed and yet to come.
He saw the sun and the moon in a violent embrace.
To a splended dance of death and rebirth they did succumb.

So gravity pulled him in as he bled into the cosmic trance.
No longer a man but something else traversing through time and space.
One he had become with this endless stellar romance.
