Thoughts of him
Thoughts of my distant lover makes my mind spiral to places yet untouched. I remember how he traced the lines of my body. Where he lingered, how it felt. It was somewhere I wanted revisited. Something to return to once again. But he was so far, so far away. It was cold as the Northeast winds blew against my pane. Howling from outside as well as within. When will he return? Will it feel the same?
