There is a light that never shines

I see it in your eyes so sad

And I want to make you mine

I’ve cherished the moments we’ve had



If I only knew what I could do

To make your eyes seem bright

I’d spend every moment with you

I dream about you each night



You look so broken hearted

Our relationship’s not even started

I will always love you

No matter what you do.
