An view on friendship.
Maybe you love me,
But I don't.
Maybe you see the good,
But I can't.
Maybe you're worse off,
But you're not.
Maybe I'm conceited,
But I'm not.

Maybe I love you,
But you don't.
Maybe I see the good,
But you can't.
Maybe I'm worse off,
But I'm not.
Maybe you're conceited,
But you're not.

Maybe we see
The things that others can't,
See the good in others,
While they feel pain.
Maybe that's what friends are for,
To see the pain.
Maybe we're supposed to love each other,
So that we both can be fixed.
