Entry for Try Something New Contest~the woes of someone who is not a happy winter person!
Old man winter, is here once more
I wonder what, he has in store

Freezing cold, in a hat and gloves
Winter isn't, one of my loves

The ice becomes my enemy
One more fall, I get a new knee

The snow gets deep, I loose my car
I'd rather be at the dang bar

I long for flip flops and the sun
Sledding and skiing, so not fun

I guess it's time to go inside
Till winter's end, I shall go hide
