A plea to stop the violence.
What provokes this aggression
I do not know
But it always comes
And it comes again with certainty

At an undetermined time
And an undetermined place
For undetermined reasons
It can not be deterred

Their anger may be misguided
Or perhaps projecting the pain
From wells of sorrow
Within themselves, the aggressor

But the pain is cyclical
And is fed by hurt
Though it can be stopped
One must choose help, not more pain

But it is only with this choice
That they can free the world
