It's okay to have problems. Somebody will be there to fix them.
Panic attacks that have no end
I fear the little brown bag has become my best friend
My tears don't flow when I need to let it out
Rather than confess my aches I scream and wave my fists about
It isn't easy for someone my age to have anxiety and depression
Filled with many things like doubt, bitterness and unexplained aggression

Why tell this to you; the Reader, to whom I do not know?
Just keep reading the words I've placed below
Because you're not the only one with a pain that's gone unsaid
You're not the only one who covers your body because it's often covered in red
You're not the only one who doesn't like your own skin
You're not the only one who worries if they should be more or less thin

We've all got problems and a head full of held back tears
We have a grim imagination fueled by our deepest hidden fears
Maybe we like to cry and hide behind those closed doors
Sometimes it feels better than letting the others see the sores
Or maybe you don't do any of this and have other ways to cope with the stuff
You put on a fantastic mask and say that you're all tough

But baby you're beautiful and you're perfect. You don't have to change a thing. You are you, and you do that best. Nobody is as amazing as you and if they try to make you think different- reread this as a reminder that you can't listen to them. You don't have to wear a mask. You don't have to hide yourself. Show your battle scars and show them "Hey, I made it. I'm fighting it". You guys are the strongest people I know. And no, I'm not just talking about the guys and gals with anxiety and depression. All of you. No matter what you have to go through. Remember that it gets better. Not right away, but it will. Sometimes it takes a really long time, or not a long time at all. But sometime or another everything will be okay. You'll be alright. If you need anyone to talk to, talk to me. Talk to a trusted adult or close friend. Because you are not alone. Somebody loves you. And...You may feel like you're worthless to the world, but trust me; to someone you are worth an entire universe.

One of those people is me. Whether I know you or not, I can tell you that you are worth an entire universe, galaxy and beyond. Love yourself, okay? Cry sometimes. Let it all out. But don't forget to laugh too. Right now my life is kinda tough.. I'm not even totally thirteen yet, but it's tough. I've been through a lot, and have depression, anxiety, PTSD...I have problems. And that's okay. It's okay to have problems. Somebody somewhere in the world wants to fix them. Have a nice day you gorgeous people.
