Fading night, waking dawn.
A little thought to start your day,
To put a smile on your face.
Soon the sun will dance again,
And cast its rays across the land.
The moon shall fall with weary grace;
To disappear without a trace.
For even darkness shuts it's eyes-
To rest before another night.

And when the first light of day
Breathes in deep the early air;
That soft caress of twilight glow
Touches gently throughout your soul-
When your eyes flutter open for the very first time;
There beside you- I will be,
And there I'll stay- just wait and see.
