A poem of beauty unobtainable.

It is her eyes that draw me
A deep gray
The calm of a harmonious storm

It is her voice that captures me
A soft and tender tone
Chains that bind my soul

It is her hair that enslaves me
Raven black, soft as feathers
Woven in intricate plaits
Spills over her shoulders
Waters over a gentle fall

Yet it is my desire of her
That claims me
Love unrequited
Passions unexplored

Such a vision
Just beyond my desperate grasp.
