This poem currently describes my state of mind.
WHY HAVEN'T I COMMITTED SUICIDE YET?

Why haven't I committed suicide yet?
Can't I accept that my situation is hopeless?
I am so miserable
I want to blow my brains out

I just want to end it all
But how do I end it all?
Do I jump off this goddamn office?
Do I buy a gun to blow my brains out?

What do I do now?
