Observing Life, in retrospect, from a psycho-social perspective...
There was a time when life was a blossom of hope,

And a neighbor was a friend –

The threshold of prosperity was but an arm’s length to reach,

And there was laughter in the wind –

A man was a gentleman,

Who had a hand to lend –

To compromise was a subtle gesture,

It didn’t break a back to bend.

The good neighbor,

A free-hearted gesture,

A gentleman,

And the laughter in the wind –

Such a tragic loss for hope –

Why did it have to end?
