I wrote this poem while traveling to another island.
Change of Weather

The night was calm.
The water was still.
The wind hummed a familiar tune,
A traveler's lullaby
All unite for this change of weather

I rest upon a common shelter
Like everyone under miniature winter
We enter upon a new terrain
At the first glimpse of distant lights
Reached our eyes like a change of weather
