A psalm that I wrote.
She's the promised eternal bliss,
An angel come from heaven's abode;
I would faint at just one sweet kiss,
For this girl no man's eye could miss!
Lord, I pray thee, let her be my light!
Do not banish me to miserable darkness!

I am unworthy to glance her way
Yet I look, I look and pray!
Oh Queen of Heaven, I am now smitten!
Pity this wretched sinner just once more,
And I shall serve you forever more!
