The first time I saw her
Rodeo

It happened quick,
Like a half step
Two step
Ball-of-your-foot
Glance,
Moving with purpose
Consciously
Nonchalant,
Through bobbing
And weaving
Ten gallon
Five times
Felt
Cowboy hats,
Clockwise
I make my final approach,
Deftly cutting off
Any hopeless escape.
She smiled
And said
Yes-
But what's next?
