A response to a writing prompt.
Writing Prompt: Imagine Person A of your OTP noticing Person B using chapstick. Since their lips are chapped, Person A asks if they can use some. Person B says they can, but instead of giving it to them, they kiss Person A on the lips, transferring the chapstick to their mouth.

A cold breeze passed through the LRT platform, causing Rachel to shiver and secure her purple scarf around her neck, basking in its warmth. Once the breeze passed, Rachel extended her tongue to lick her chapped lips, a result of the cold Canadian winters.

Rachel was always very fond of winter. Peppermint espressos at Starbucks, her grandmother's pumpkin pie at holiday gatherings, winter apparel, and, most importantly, the cozy nights of snuggling with her boyfriend Jesse while wearing flannel pajamas and sipping hot cocoa. What she wasn't too fond of, however, was catching the LRT at the crack of dawn when the weather was negative twenty degrees Celsius. Why she had to take a job downtown, she'll never know.

While licking her lips again, she glanced over at Jesse, who decided to accompany her that morning. She couldn't help but take in his appearance. Alabaster skin, golden blonde hair that stopped at his ears, and thin stubble on his chin and jaw-line. Rachel smiled at the grey knitted hat he was wearing that they have in common. She and Jesse bought them from a local craft shop in town.

The sound of Jesse unzipping his jacket pocket caught Rachel's attention. She saw his hand digging around in the pouch and pulling out a small tube. Upon further inspection, Rachel realized it was a tube of chap-stick.

Jesse smeared the moisturizing substance on his dry lips before rubbing them together. Such a mundane task, yet Rachel couldn't stop herself from thinking that he looked sexy doing it.

"Can I have some?" Rachel asked him, her lips in desperate need of the moisture the chap-stick could provide.

"Sure," he answered and gave her the adorable smile that makes her knees go weak every time he flashes it.

She held out a glove-clad hand, assuming that he was going to give her the chap-stick. To her surprise, his moisturized lips were on hers. He kissed her softly at first, but his intensity increased as the kiss continued, showing his passion for her. She wrapped her arms around his neck and melted against him while he tugged at her lips with tenderness.

They pulled away at the same time the train arrived. She rubbed her lips together, finding them satisfyingly moist, and gave Jesse a smile and a peck on his lips.

"Go on," he advised her. "You don't want to be late."

She nodded and removed her arms from his neck. After boarding the LRT, she turned back to see him waving bye to her before the doors closed. She returned the wave as the train railed away from the platform.

Rachel smiled, looking forward to a night of snuggling and hot cocoa that she was in for after work today. But after that kiss Jesse gave her, Rachel might give him a little extra that night.

When she removed her glove to reach into her pocket for the $20 bill for her peppermint espresso from the Starbucks by her job, she found the tube of chap-stick that Jesse had smeared on his lips.

Rachel smiled at the tube, declaring that he was definitely getting extra that night.
