I didn’t proofread this, so grammar type revisions would be helpful
It’s starts with a fuzziness in your head, and a pounding in your heart.
Then comes the thoughts that rush through your mind, assaulting every thought.
Next your lungs seem to fail as you draw a halting breath.
What’s wrong, you don’t know, but the attack is here nonetheless.
You try make it stop, but nothing seems to work.
You’re getting hysterical now, everything starts to hurt.
In a daze, what’s going on, can anyone else help?
Want to scream, want to yell, but can’t utter more than a yelp.
They can’t understand why you suddenly want to die.
All you really want, really need, is someone to be an ally.
But you can’t ask for help, can’t be weak.
The problem? If you don’t ask you will never find what you seek.
In a never ending loop, just hope it ends soon.
Just gotta fight the dark, fight the gloom.
Breathe in and out, try to calm yourself.
Till finally it’s done, and you re-find your sense of self.
It’s a never ending battle, every week, every day.
Avoiding your triggers, always saying you’re okay.
No matter what they say, never tell anyone your troubles,
Until it’s too late, and your troubles have doubled.
A loop in which nothing but hate ever responds.
Until you can find something to break your bonds.
