Our daily voyeurs.

Mirrors

Mirrors hold,

Secrets untold,

They hold the other side of us,

They creek, and they stare,

Yet we're not aware,

Of what lies beyond the dust,

We laugh,

We cry,

We don't know why,

We trust the mirror, but we must,

While some have watched Queens,

Others the likes of Kings,

Peasants, commoners, the unjust.

The mirror sees,

A multitude of things,

Like humanities unquenchable lust.
