A conversation with a psychiatrist.
I’ve lost my mind
and now I’m too afraid to find it
It resides
in the darkness I’m confined in
But it’s a stranger to me now,
I doubt I’d recognize it
It’s eyes are a mirror
that reflects what’s behind me
And it’s blinding

The drugs will never work,
so here’s your pill diet
That feeling’s only natural,
so do you best to fight it
When those voices are misleading,
feel free to talk about it
And hopefully the world won’t deem you toxic
That should help
