Mis-assembled

Nirav looked up at his brother who was tightening a screw as part of their Do it Yourself project of the weekend , to make the cradle for Nirav’s new born kid.
“Are you sure that is the right place for the part ? “ Nirav’s skepticism arose from the past two failed attempts in making the right assembly.
“Yes, I am sure of it this time. “ Nitin picked up the next part of the cradle smiling at Nirav.
“You were sure the last time too.“ Nitin chided him hoping Nitin was not wrong this time.

“These guys should give instructions in a better way. “ Nitin squinted at a small instruction sheet which had come with the DIY cradle as he searched for the next part.

“Yeah, a video would have been so much better.” Nirav nodded, keeping down his screwdriver and stretching his legs.

“Guys it's been six hours since you guys have been at this.” Sneha walked into the room with cups of tea and cookies in a tray . “ A carpenter would have built a cradle by now .”

“That is the last piece.” Nirav fixed it and stood up looking down at the cradle and then slowly looked up at Nitin.

“We did it again.” Nitin shook his head trying to stop himself from bursting into laughter looking at the assembly gone wrong again.

Sneha burst out laughing looking at the cradle messed up assembly of the cradle .
“Your daughter will grow up by the time you get this ready” .
