My son at 3 named our home-version of fried chicken... he called it "Chicken Yum"
Fine piles of crushed Ritz cracks await use
beaten eggs swim in cream
flour settles into the spices, garlic, onion, pepper et all
glistening fresh diced chicken breast rests at the ready
Ahhhh--
the oil has heated
skilled hands move chicken pieces
through the dance toward culinary ecstasy
flash fried and out come the golden crispy bites...
Chicken Yuuummmmm
