| Breakwynd Journey is the story of a young lone adventurer named Erik Leif, who travels the beautiful land of Esteri in search of his next big quest. There's just one one minor problem... Esteri is populated by the most flatulent inhabitants you can imagine! In this story, readers will be allowed to guide Erik's actions and decisions in order to determine where his journey takes him, as well who he will meet along the way. This quest promises to be lighthearted, humorous, and unfortunately for Erik, rather smelly. Just what will Erik encounter during his travels? A band of thieves attempting to steal from an innocent group of passerby? A princess in need of rescuing from a dragon keeping her locked away in a dungeon? Or perhaps a good old fashioned treasure hunt? And most importantly of all: just how much wind will be broken in the process? That, dear readers, will be left up to you! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL RULES & GUIDELINES: 1. This story is rated 13+, and is intended for a general audience. That means that explicit graphic content is restricted - no sex, extreme violence or gore, or adult themes. - At no point can a character have a detailed instance of sexual intercourse with another character, nor should any sexual acts be permissible. Mild sexual themes are allowed, such as having a character stare at or touch another character's rear end, for instance. - Violence is allowed, though it should be kept more general and less intense.No geysers of blood or dismemberment. - When I say "adult themes," I mean anything excluding drinking, smoking, and foul language. If it's the kind of content that would otherwise be labeled with a content warning, it is not allowed. 2. Chapters must be at least 3,000 characters long, and progress the story, even if marginally. - Chapters dedicated solely to character development or character interaction is deemed progress, and thus is allowed. 3. Do not dismiss events in earlier chapters. - A story should try to keep as much of itself on track as possible, so wild deviations from what has come before will not be tolerated. As the owner of the story, I can/will edit and probably even change certain chapters - mostly in terms of grammar and sentence structure, but I may also add and change things as well.
