1. God is our Divine Father and Mother.

2. So, just as we used to tell everything to our parents to clear our heart and mind in our childhood, let us inculcate the same practice in our adulthood also.

3. Let us imbibe the golden habit of conversing with God, our eternal Parent.

4. And when we have such daily conversation with God, we can wholeheartedly surrender to Him.

5. We can then completely unburden all our sorrow to Him and thus get restored with His Divine compassion.
