A poem about the future
Way up high


Happy are the days ahead
A young girl I will feel
Frolicking through the wind
You will see my shadow linger
high up above your head
I will be coasting through the air
In a hot air balloon
Up in the sky
Ahead will be a cotton candy dream
And all we will know is the breeze
In that moment
As the sun hits our skin
As the days of a tree
Our lives will begin
