I noticed a lack of Genshin Impact related content here so I thought I'd make a start. |
| Hello there, thank you for coming and checking out this "story". I use the term story loosely here since, well, I haven't really done anything to make it a story. This is more of a starting point for writers, such as yourself, to introduce the world of Teyvat to readers new to the franchise. Or, at least a look at what the fandom are capable of. I will be giving 100 GP to anyone for writing a story chapter with 300 words or more per chapter. Feel free to add basically anything you want here, as long you follow these guidelines (sorry, I know they suck, but too much creative freedom can be a bad thing). 1: Make sure characters are somewhat consistent between chapters. You don't need to stick to a characters canonical personality, feel free to make them as close or far from their original self as you want but please try to make a story thread cohesive. Example: you could have a character like Itto be an exact replica of his in game self or make him a heartless monster for no other reason than "I felt like it", that's fine, but if he's a heartless monster in one chapter and then becomes his old himbo self in the next chapter with no reason or explanation, then that is against the guidelines and thus the offending chapter will be deleted. 2: For each character, their will be the option to make a story about smut, plot or a mix of the two so please keep the story cohesive with these themes. If I see smut in the plot section for example, I will first ask this be moved to correct location, failure to to do this will result in the chapter being deleted. 3: No ending a story thread or railroading a story in a single direction. Future writers should have a shot to do what they want with what you've left them, even if you intended a story to end at a certain point. Feel free to mark the end of a chapter as the end of your intended story but please leave the chapter open to additions by other writers. If I see a chapter that has been ended with no way to add additional chapters you will be contacted and requested to change the issue, failure to do this will result in a chapter being deleted. 4: Please keep real world politics out of here, there are plenty of places to do that stuff on this site alone. This is meant to be a fun space to express yourself but please don't try to bring other people down in doing so. Okay, with all of that out of the way, please enjoy yourself. |
