Fluffy, floppy, full of love
Soulful eyes that search
Sloppy tongue that kisses
Such was sent from above

Black, brown or yellow
A friend you have for life
To follow you round about
and is such a good fellow

Playful, happy, and content
to lay by one's feet
To chew on a bone (or slipper)
Is his love's portent

Fluffy, floppy, full of love
I marvel at this pup
Petting, and hugging
Such was sent from above
