Temptation

XV The Devil

Image of The Devil




By passions and the fires they bring
The devil's net will surely cling
What started as some lovely treat
Has wrought cruel chains upon your feet

If you see the star upright
The Devil's snares have lost their bite
Traps which once obsession set
are loosed if Pan inverteds met
