A Life's Story


O Knower of the Past, Present and Future,

I do not complain about the seeming failures!

But, give me one good reason why -

I should still strive for my best!

Without expecting any success in return!!

Forgetting what lacks in me -

That what makes me incompetent.

Why have I been bereaved of the Fortunes,

The Happiness, the World's Desires!

Give me a good reason why -

I should follow my sweetest dreams!!

As I long to give my best -

To the Love of my Life.

And as the time passes by -

Lead me not into defiance! But,

Bless me unto Thy Eternal Bliss.
