Acrostic. because I wanted a snack.
Pleasant little kernel that brings delight to me
Over the burner I shake and shake the foil pan
Popping, popping and popping it takes some time
Children waiting on the couch say to hurry up
On to the living room I carry the big round bowl
Remembering the cat on the floor I did not see
Now the family dog enjoys my sweet, popcorn.
