SHE WAS THERE

She was there in the beginning
When I came in this world
She held me close and gentle
Her darling baby girl

She was there when I was three
A toddler on my way
She loved me in the morning
Til the end of day

She was there when I was sick
Always by my side
She knew when i was sad
And if I had to cried

Shes been there through the years
As best as she could be
She never once stopped caring

She was there all thru my life
There could never be another
